Three groups of people direct the ministries of FCC Napa: Elders, Senior Leadership, and Staff / Key Ministry Leaders. These three groups work collaboratively to accomplish the mission of the church by equipping the people of the church for serving others.

I am a Napa native, born and raised in the valley. Graduated from Napa High, and headed south to Pacific Christian College (now Hope University). I married my college sweetheart, Becky, and we moved back to Napa after graduating. I took a step of faith and answered the call to join the pastoral team at First Christian Church in 1999. My wife Becky and I, since that time, have encountered some wonderful God experiences, grown in our faith, and made some incredible friends. Through the years we have found that God has remained a faithful friend. Probably the greatest example of God’s faithfulness is our two boys – Caden and Parker. Both boys are a genuine source of joy in our lives. We are truly excited to see how Father God wants to lead and grow our FCC family.
Governing Elders
Elders provide executive oversight for the FCC Family. They accomplish this through spiritual direction, protection, and correction. These three ministry functions are foundational for the health and well-being of the local church.
